Our vegetables and our fruit are grown following the natural course of the season to give back the tastes of the past.
Pest control is carried out using natural methods that do not chemically attack insects, even the useful ones, and plants, avoiding the risk of moving into the human body.
The fertilizers we use are only made from manure and wetted organic matter. The soils are thus rich of natural enzymes that greatly contribute to the quality of their structure.
Harvesting is done by hand in the ripening period, just before full ripening, to preserve our products until they reach your table.
